Support TFO's Mission
Research shows that summer learning loss is real. Test scores flatten or drop during summer vacation, with the most significant declines occurring in math. For elementary and middle school students across Metro Atlanta, summer break can play a significant role in widening the achievement gap.
Created for students entering grades K-8, our 4-5 week summer programs turn curiosity into new and improved skills that build confidence and professional discovery.

Brittany, mother of a TFO student.
Sydney is in the TFO program because she shows so much interest in technology, coding, and electronics. When it was introduced at McGarrah, we knew it would be a good fit for her. I have seen a lot of changes in her knowledge about troubleshooting technology and talking about the steps they take to build things. Her interest has heightened with regards to technology. She shares all the time about the projects they do, from the car races to the drones. I'm looking forward to her returning year after year.
